Privacy Policy — Next POS

Next POS is point-of-sale and accounting software for businesses, published by Whisper Information Technology Co. L.L.C. This policy covers the Next POS Windows software and the Next POS mobile apps (Reports and Cashier).
Information we collect
Mobile apps
- Activation code and device identifier — so the app works only on the device your business authorised.
- Session details — your business code and name, the fiscal year, your user code, name and permission level, and your language choice.
- A service access token — so you are not asked for a password on every request.
- Your app PIN — stored on the device only, hashed with SHA-256 and salted with the device identifier. It is never sent to any server.
- The report results you view — kept on the device so the last result can still be shown if the network drops. They are deleted automatically after 30 days.
If you enable fingerprint or Face ID unlock, the check is performed entirely by your device's operating system. The app never receives or stores any fingerprint or face data — only a success or failure result. Your PIN always remains available as an alternative.
Windows software
- Your business data — items, invoices, customers, suppliers, accounts and staff — is stored in a database on your own computer or server.
- Synced data — if you enable multiple branches or the mobile apps, the business data needed for that is transmitted to our server over an encrypted connection. If you do not enable syncing, your data stays entirely on your own machine.
- Licence details — your business code, device identifier and subscription status.
- Feedback you send from inside the software — your note together with a screenshot of the screen you were on, the screen name, your business code, user name, device identifier and version number.
What we do not collect
- No device location.
- No contacts, messages, photos or personal files.
- No camera or microphone access.
- No advertising identifiers and no analytics or tracking libraries of any kind.
- The mobile apps contain no purchases and take no payments.
How we use the information
Data is used solely for app functionality: signing you in, applying your permission level, running the reports and operations you ask for, keeping your branches and devices in step, validating your licence, and resolving the issues you report to us. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Sharing
We do not share your personal data with unrelated third parties. The only parties involved are:
- A licensed payment gateway, used only in the Windows software when you buy or renew a subscription. Card details are entered with the gateway directly — they never pass through us and we do not store them. No payment of any kind takes place in the mobile apps.
- An IP-to-country lookup service, used only in the Windows software on the subscription renewal screen, to preselect the right currency. It receives the connection's IP address and returns a country code — nothing else.
- Apple App Store and Google Play, for downloads and updates, under each store's own policy.
Your business is the owner of its customer and staff data. We hold it only to provide the service to that business, and act on its instructions.
Security
- All communication with our servers uses HTTPS.
- Passwords are stored hashed, never as plain text.
- The app PIN is hashed and salted with the device identifier, so a hash copied from one device does not work on another.
- Access to a business's data is restricted by business code and by the user's permission level.
No system is completely secure, but we apply measures that are reasonable for the sensitivity of the data.
Data retention and deletion
- On your device: session details and your PIN remain until you sign out or uninstall the app. The report cache is deleted automatically after 30 days.
- On our servers: synced business data is retained while the subscription is active. After it ends, the business may request its deletion.
- Feedback and its screenshots: retained for as long as needed to resolve the report.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, please contact your business administrator or email us at info@whispersolution.com, and we will act together with your business on the request. To remove everything held locally, uninstall the app from your device.
Children
Next POS is intended for use by business owners and their staff, and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data about them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above will change, and for material changes we notify subscribing businesses. Continuing to use the software after an update means you accept the revised policy.

نكست بي أو إس برنامج نقاط بيع ومحاسبة للمنشآت، صادر عن شركة ويسبر لتقنية المعلومات ذ.م.م. تغطي هذه السياسة برنامج نكست بي أو إس لنظام ويندوز، وتطبيقيه على الهواتف (التقارير والكاشير).
البيانات التي نجمعها
تطبيقات الهواتف
- كود التفعيل ومعرِّف الجهاز — ليعمل التطبيق على الجهاز الذي صرَّحت به منشأتك وحده.
- بيانات الجلسة — كود منشأتك واسمها، والسنة المالية، وكود المستخدم واسمه ومستوى صلاحيته، واللغة المختارة.
- رمز دخول للخدمة — حتى لا تُطلب كلمة المرور مع كل طلب.
- الرقم السري للتطبيق — يُحفظ على الجهاز وحده، مجزَّأً بخوارزمية SHA-256 ومملَّحاً بمعرِّف الجهاز، ولا يُرسَل إلى أي خادم إطلاقاً.
- نتائج التقارير التي تعرضها — تُحفظ على الجهاز ليظل بالإمكان عرض آخر نتيجة عند انقطاع الشبكة، وتُحذف تلقائياً بعد ثلاثين يوماً.
عند تفعيل فتح القفل بالبصمة أو بالتعرف على الوجه، تتم العملية بالكامل داخل نظام تشغيل جهازك. لا يستقبل التطبيق ولا يحفظ أي بصمة أو صورة وجه — بل نتيجة نجاح أو إخفاق فقط. ويظل الرقم السري متاحاً دائماً كبديل.
برنامج ويندوز
- بيانات عملك — الأصناف والفواتير والعملاء والموردون والحسابات والموظفون — تُحفظ في قاعدة بيانات على جهازك أو خادمك.
- البيانات المتزامنة — إذا فعَّلت العمل بأكثر من فرع أو تطبيقات الهواتف، تُرسَل بيانات العمل اللازمة لذلك إلى خادمنا عبر اتصال مشفَّر. وإن لم تُفعِّل المزامنة تبقى بياناتك على جهازك بالكامل.
- بيانات الترخيص — كود المنشأة ومعرِّف الجهاز وحالة الاشتراك.
- الملاحظات التي ترسلها من داخل البرنامج — نص ملاحظتك مع صورة للشاشة التي كنت عليها، واسم الشاشة، وكود المنشأة، واسم المستخدم، ومعرِّف الجهاز، ورقم الإصدار.
ما لا نجمعه
- لا نجمع موقع الجهاز الجغرافي.
- لا نصل إلى جهات الاتصال أو الرسائل أو الصور أو الملفات الشخصية.
- لا نستخدم الكاميرا ولا الميكروفون.
- لا نستخدم مُعرِّفات إعلانية ولا أي مكتبات تتبُّع أو تحليلات على الإطلاق.
- تطبيقات الهواتف لا تحتوي على أي عمليات شراء ولا تستقبل أي مدفوعات.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
تُستخدم البيانات لتشغيل التطبيق فقط: تسجيل دخولك، وتطبيق مستوى صلاحيتك، وتنفيذ التقارير والعمليات التي تطلبها، والحفاظ على اتساق فروعك وأجهزتك، والتحقق من ترخيصك، ومعالجة البلاغات التي ترسلها. لا نستخدم بياناتك في الإعلانات، ولا نبيعها.
المشاركة
لا نشارك بياناتك الشخصية مع أطراف ثالثة غير ذات صلة. والأطراف الوحيدة المعنية هي:
- بوابة دفع مرخَّصة، وتُستخدم في برنامج ويندوز وحده عند شراء الاشتراك أو تجديده. تُدخَل بيانات البطاقة لدى البوابة مباشرةً، فلا تمر علينا ولا نحفظها. ولا تجري أي عملية دفع من أي نوع في تطبيقات الهواتف.
- خدمة استنتاج الدولة من عنوان الإنترنت، وتُستخدم في برنامج ويندوز وحده في شاشة تجديد الاشتراك لاختيار العملة المناسبة. تستقبل عنوان الاتصال وتُعيد رمز الدولة، ولا شيء غير ذلك.
- متجرا آبل وجوجل بلاي، للتنزيل والتحديث، وفق سياسة كل متجر.
منشأتك هي مالكة بيانات عملائها وموظفيها، ونحن نحتفظ بها لتقديم الخدمة لتلك المنشأة وحدها، ونعمل بناءً على تعليماتها.
الأمان
- كل اتصال بخوادمنا يجري عبر HTTPS.
- كلمات المرور تُحفظ مجزَّأة، ولا تُحفظ كنص صريح.
- الرقم السري للتطبيق مجزَّأ ومملَّح بمعرِّف الجهاز، فالمنسوخ من جهاز لا يعمل على غيره.
- الوصول إلى بيانات المنشأة مقيَّد بكود المنشأة وبمستوى صلاحية المستخدم.
لا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً، لكننا نطبق إجراءات تناسب حساسية البيانات.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
- على جهازك: تبقى بيانات الجلسة والرقم السري حتى تسجل الخروج أو تحذف التطبيق. ويُحذف كاش التقارير تلقائياً بعد ثلاثين يوماً.
- على خوادمنا: تبقى بيانات العمل المتزامنة ما دام الاشتراك سارياً، وبعد انتهائه يجوز للمنشأة طلب حذفها.
- البلاغات وصورها: تُحفظ للمدة اللازمة لمعالجة البلاغ.
لطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، تواصل مع مسؤول منشأتك أو راسلنا على info@whispersolution.com، وسنعمل مع منشأتك على تنفيذ الطلب. ولحذف كل ما هو محفوظ محلياً، احذف التطبيق من جهازك.
الأطفال
نكست بي أو إس مُعدّ لاستخدام أصحاب المنشآت وموظفيهم، وهو غير موجَّه للأطفال دون سن الثالثة عشرة، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات عنهم.
تغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نُحدِّث هذه السياسة. ويتغير عندها تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه، وفي حالة التغيير الجوهري نُخطر المنشآت المشتركة. واستمرارك في استخدام البرنامج بعد التحديث يعني قبولك النسخة المُحدَّثة.
