Privacy Policy — Whisper Real Estate

Whisper Real Estate (the "App") is provided by Whisper Information Technology Co. L.L.C. ("we", "us"). The App is a companion tool for real estate offices and their tenants and staff. Access to the App is provided by your real estate office through an activation code; users do not create accounts themselves.

Information we collect

The App collects only the minimum data needed to work:

• Device identifiers — a push‑notification token (FCM) and a device identifier, used to deliver notifications and to identify your activated device.
• Account identifier — the tenant or staff code issued by your office, used to link your requests and notifications to your account.
• Maintenance requests — the description, category, priority and an optional photo that you choose to attach when submitting a maintenance request.

Contract, payment and other records shown in the App are provided by your real estate office and are displayed to you; they are not collected from you by the App.

How we use the information

The data is used solely for app functionality: displaying your account, delivering notifications, and sending your maintenance requests to your office. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Sharing

Your data is transmitted only to the server operated for your real estate office in order to provide the service. We do not share your personal data with unrelated third parties.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). The App is protected on your device by a PIN and, optionally, biometric unlock (Face ID / fingerprint), which are handled locally on your device.

Data retention and deletion

Your records are owned and managed by your real estate office. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, please contact your office or email us at info@whispersolution.com, and we will act together with your office on the request.

Children

The App is intended for use by tenants and staff of real estate offices and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
