١. من نحن

يُصدر هذا التطبيق ويشغّله Whisper Information Technology Co. L.L.C. («نحن»)، وهي شركة برمجيات مرخَّصة من حكومة دبي — دائرة الاقتصاد والسياحة، برخصة تجارية رقم 1150197 وسجل تجاري رقم 1906045، وعنوانها: مكتب رقم 207، مبنى B-07-2، النهدة 2، دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

التطبيق أداة أعمال موجَّهة إلى أصحاب المنشآت ومديريها الذين يستخدمون نظام نقاط البيع الخاص بنا. وهو ليس موجَّهاً إلى المستهلكين ولا إلى الأطفال.

٢. أدوارنا القانونية — نقطة جوهرية

يجب التمييز بين نوعين من البيانات:

بعبارة أوضح: نحن لا نملك بيانات عملاء المنشأة ولا نستعملها لأغراضنا. إذا كنت عميلاً لإحدى المنشآت التي تستخدم نظامنا وتريد الاستعلام عن بياناتك أو حذفها، فالجهة المسؤولة هي تلك المنشأة، ونحن نساندها في تنفيذ طلبك.

٣. ما الذي يجمعه التطبيق فعلياً

٣.١ ما يُخزَّن على جهازك

• رمز الوصول (Token) الناتج عن تفعيل الجهاز، مرتبط بمنشأتك — محفوظ في مساحة التخزين الخاصة بالتطبيق على جهازك، ولا يصل إليه أي تطبيق آخر.
• رمز القفل (PIN) الذي تختاره — يُحفظ مُجزَّأً (hashed) ومملّحاً بمعرّف جهازك على الجهاز فقط، فلا ينفع على جهاز آخر، ولا يُرسل إلينا في أي حال.
• نسخة مؤقتة من التقارير لتعمل عند انقطاع الشبكة، تُحذف تلقائياً بعد ٣٠ يوماً.
• تفضيلات العرض: اللغة، وآخر تقرير مفتوح، وتفعيل فتح القفل بالبصمة من عدمه.

كل ما سبق يُمحى نهائياً بحذف التطبيق من الجهاز.

٣.٢ ما يصل إلى خوادمنا

• رمز التفعيل ومُعرِّف الجهاز ورمز المنشأة، لإصدار الرمز والتحقق من صلاحية الاشتراك.
• سجلّ تقني للطلبات (وقت الطلب، ونوع التقرير، ونتيجة التنفيذ) لأغراض الأمن وتشخيص الأعطال ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.

٣.٣ ما لا نجمعه — صراحةً

• لا نجمع اسمك ولا بريدك ولا رقم هاتفك لأغراضنا نحن.
• لا نجمع أي بيانات دفع؛ ولا يتم أي شراء أو تجديد اشتراك داخل التطبيق.
• لا موقع جغرافي، ولا كاميرا، ولا ميكروفون، ولا جهات اتصال، ولا صور، ولا إشعارات.
• لا مُعرِّفات إعلانية، ولا ملفات تتبّع، ولا أي أداة تحليلات أو تقارير أعطال من طرف ثالث. والتطبيق لا يحتوي على أي حزمة برمجية خارجية سوى إطار العمل الرسمي من مايكروسوفت.
• لا نتعقّبك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع شركات أخرى، ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية — لا لنا ولا لغيرنا.

٣.٤ التصدير والمشاركة والطباعة

يمكنك تصدير أي تقرير بصيغة CSV أو HTML، أو إرساله إلى طابعة. ويُكتب الملف الناتج في مجلد مؤقت على جهازك، ثم يُسلَّم إلى ورقة المشاركة الخاصة بنظام التشغيل لتختار أنت وجهته (بريد، أو واتساب، أو حفظ في الملفات، أو غيرها).

هذه العملية تبدأ منك أنت وحدك، ولا تمرّ بخوادمنا، ولا نعلم بوجهة الملف. وبمجرد خروج الملف من التطبيق، تحكمه سياسة خصوصية التطبيق الذي أرسلته إليه لا سياستنا. ونظام التشغيل ينظّف المجلد المؤقت تلقائياً.

٤. لماذا نعالج هذه البيانات

لا نستعمل أياً من هذه البيانات في التسويق ولا في اتخاذ قرارات آلية ولا في التنميط.

٥. مكان الاستضافة ونقل البيانات

تُستضاف خوادمنا في الاتحاد الأوروبي. فإذا كانت منشأتك خارج الاتحاد الأوروبي، فإن بياناتها تُنقل وتُخزَّن هناك. ونعتمد في ذلك على الضمانات التعاقدية المناسبة، بما فيها البنود التعاقدية القياسية حيثما لزمت.

٦. مدد الاحتفاظ

٧. الأمن

• كل الاتصال بين التطبيق والخادم مشفَّر عبر HTTPS/TLS.
• الوصول مقصور على القراءة؛ لا يستطيع التطبيق الكتابة في أي جدول.
• كل رمز وصول مقيَّد ببيانات منشأة واحدة، ويُبطَل عند إلغاء التفعيل.
• قفل بالرقم السري على الجهاز نفسه، مع بصمة اختيارية تُجريها منظومة الجهاز.

ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني آمنة بنسبة مئة في المئة، ولا يسعنا ضمان أمن مطلق.

٨. مشاركة البيانات مع الغير

لا نبيع البيانات ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. وتقتصر المشاركة على:

• مزوّد الاستضافة الذي يشغّل خوادمنا، بموجب اتفاقية معالجة بيانات.
• الجهات المختصة عند وجود التزام نظامي واجب النفاذ.

ولا يوجد في التطبيق أي حزمة برمجية من طرف ثالث تُرسل بيانات إلى خارجه.

٩. حقوقك

لك — بحسب النظام المنطبق — حق الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية وتصحيحها وحذفها والاعتراض على معالجتها وطلب نقلها.

• إن كنت مستخدماً للتطبيق (مالك المنشأة أو مديرها): راسلنا مباشرةً على العنوان أدناه.
• إن كنت عميلاً لإحدى المنشآت التي تستخدم نظامنا: وجِّه طلبك إلى تلك المنشأة، فهي المتحكِّم في بياناتك، ونحن نستجيب لتعليماتها.

١٠. الأطفال

التطبيق أداة أعمال، وليس موجَّهاً إلى من هم دون الثامنة عشرة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم.

١١. تعديل هذه السياسة

قد نُحدِّث هذه السياسة. ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة، وأي تغيير جوهري نُشعِر به عبر التطبيق أو بالبريد إلى المنشأة.

1. Who we are

This app is published and operated by Whisper Information Technology Co. L.L.C. ("we", "us"), a software company licensed by the Government of Dubai, Department of Economy and Tourism, under trade licence 1150197 and commercial register 1906045, at Office 207, Building B-07-2, Al Nahda 2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The app is a business tool for owners and managers of businesses that use our point-of-sale system. It is not directed at consumers or at children.

2. Our legal roles — an important distinction

Put plainly: we do not own the business's customer data and we do not use it for our own purposes. If you are a customer of a business that uses our system and you wish to access or delete your data, that business is the responsible party; we assist it in fulfilling your request.

3. What the app actually collects

3.1 Stored on your device

• An access token produced by device activation, bound to your business — held in the app's own private storage on your device, inaccessible to other apps.
• The PIN you choose — stored hashed and salted with your device identifier on the device only, so it is useless on another device, and never transmitted to us.
• A temporary cache of reports so the app works when the network is down, deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Display preferences: language, last-opened report, and whether biometric unlock is enabled.

All of the above is permanently erased when the app is deleted from the device.

3.2 Received by our servers

• The activation code, device identifier and business code, in order to issue the token and verify the subscription.
• A technical request log (timestamp, report type, execution result) for security, fault diagnosis and abuse prevention.

3.3 What we explicitly do not collect

• We do not collect your name, email address or phone number for our own purposes.
• We collect no payment data; no purchase or subscription renewal takes place inside the app.
• No location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or notifications.
• No advertising identifiers, no tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK. The app contains no external package beyond Microsoft's official framework.
• We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we neither sell nor share your data for marketing — ours or anyone else's.

3.4 Export, sharing and printing

You can export any report as CSV or HTML, or send it to a printer. The resulting file is written to a temporary folder on your device and then handed to your operating system's share sheet, where you choose its destination (email, WhatsApp, save to Files, and so on).

This is initiated by you alone, does not pass through our servers, and we have no knowledge of the file's destination. Once the file leaves the app, it is governed by the privacy policy of whichever app you sent it to, not by ours. The operating system clears the temporary folder automatically.

4. Why we process this data

None of this data is used for marketing, automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Hosting and data transfers

Our servers are hosted in the European Union. If your business is located outside the EU, its data is transferred to and stored there. We rely on appropriate contractual safeguards for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

• All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
• Access is read-only; the app cannot write to any table.
• Each access token is scoped to a single business's data and is revoked on deactivation.
• A PIN lock on the device itself, with optional biometric unlock handled by the device's own subsystem.

That said, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent or share data for advertising. Sharing is limited to:

• The hosting provider that operates our servers, under a data processing agreement.
• Competent authorities where a legally enforceable obligation applies.

The app contains no third-party package that transmits data outside it.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, and to object to its processing.

• If you are a user of the app (a business owner or manager): contact us directly at the address below.
• If you are a customer of a business that uses our system: address your request to that business, which is the controller of your data; we act on its instructions.

10. Children

The app is a business tool, is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and we notify the business of any material change through the app or by email.
